This was one of our most involved restorations to date. This cigar table was an old family heirloom. The original owner helped develop the x-ray machine. The table had been so well loved and well worn there was a possibility that if it wasn’t restored it wouldn’t be so well loved by those who would inherit it, so the owner asked us if we would restore it. We did the best we could and we’re so pleased with the outcome. The entire cigar table was stripped, a few chips and missing parts here and there were re-made to match the old. The brass was all polished and we managed to find a knob that matched the existing one to put on the flip down drawer front. We then had a local artist paint flowers on the drawer front and that was the icing on the cake. The end result was magnificent! This old cigar table looks as good as new!
Barn Wood Desk
This gorgeous, rustic, barn wood desk was designed and built for a client using barn wood salvaged from their old family barn. It features seven functional, soft close drawers with cast iron handles. Two of the drawers are equipped with built-in filing frames. This desk is the perfect conglomeration of functionality, meaningful reclaimed barn wood, and tasteful rustic allure. We hope it gets used and passed down for many generations to come.
Movable Altar
This mission style movable altar/table was commissioned as a gift for a local retired priest. It features a sleek and modest design that is highly functional along with casters that allow for the convenience and ease of rearrangement. This satin finished, cherry, altar/table was the perfect gift for this retired priest. Here’s hoping he has many years left to use and enjoy it!
